I just restored my iPod touch, after jail breaking it a couple months ago. It wont let me have any internet connection at all. So I was thinking about bringing it into Apple. It has been completely restored yesterday. Can apple tell if your iPod has ever been jailbroken?

my friend just got an ipod touch & wanted me to download the songs on my itunes to her ipod because i have a lot of songs she likes.
anyway, when i hook it up it always says it’s a camera and doesn’t update.

why does it do this & what can i do to make it update?
